Supply and programming.

We review the project, define the equipment and prepare the devices. We then handle programming and testing with your installer through to commissioning.

A DEFINED SCOPE

Analysis and equipment supply.

We can provide analysis and an equipment schedule only, or supply the devices with bench preprogramming where needed. Final programming and commissioning can remain with your technician.

For architects and designersWe translate project requirements into functions and equipment, working with the appointed installer.

For installersWe support your team with the KNX scope. Installation and the client relationship remain with you.

THE FULL SERVICE

From design to commissioning.

  1. Project analysis

    We review drawings, required functions, equipment already selected and systems to be integrated.

  2. Equipment schedule

    We define the components required and agree the scope of supply and services.

  3. Order and bench preparation

    Once the order is confirmed, we prepare the devices and carry out the agreed preprogramming.

  4. Site visit, if needed

    If an on-site assessment is needed, we arrange a visit at the appropriate stage of the project.

  5. Remote connection

    We connect via VPN or supply a remote access module dedicated to programming, allowing us to work with the installer on site.

  6. Commissioning

    We complete programming and functional checks together with the technician on site.

The site may be far away.
Our support stays close.

Through VPN access or a dedicated programming module that we supply, we work with the local installer until the agreed tasks are complete.
