Ekinex keypads control the lighting through KNX and DALI. The same functions are available through Control4.

Lighting, climate and security are joined by multiroom audio and a home cinema, with centralised Control4 management.
We supported the installer with equipment supply, programming and commissioning. Installation was carried out by the installation partner.

Motorised shading
Blinds and shading are part of the KNX automation, operated through Ekinex keypads.
Climate and HVAC
Sensors in the keypads measure room temperature. Humidity sensors control summer dehumidification.
Intrusion protection
The Satel Integra panel connects perimeter, internal and external sensors and communicates with the other systems.
Outdoor monitoring
Dahua video analytics report intrusions to Satel, linking video surveillance and the alarm system.
IP video intercom
The 2N IP Verso door station brings video intercom into Control4 alongside the villa’s other functions.
Music throughout the home
The Triad system distributes music across 12 zones. Control4 manages playback and coordinates it with the home’s scenes.
A dedicated cinema space
A dedicated room with a Sony TV, Arcam amplifier and Revel in-wall speakers, managed through the control system.
Connectivity and maintenance
Araknis and Ubiquiti connect the devices on a segmented network with Wi-Fi. VPN access enables remote diagnostics and changes.

Music and cinema

Control4 extends home control to entertainment. Touchscreens and the app manage music and cinema without switching interfaces.
One command, several functionsScenes combine music playback and automation with one button. Security is included too: a Satel alarm can switch on KNX lighting and restore it once the event ends.
