A solution requested by the architect: KNX automation, security and audio, with Control4 for the villa’s everyday operation.
We handled KNX design, supply, programming and testing, working with the partner who carried out the installation.

Technology for everyday living.
Shading control
Wall keypads also operate blinds and motorised shading, bringing room functions together.
Indoor climate
Temperature control and HVAC with sensors in the keypads. Humidity sensors regulate summer dehumidification.
Satel intruder alarm
Supply and programming of the alarm system, connected to Control4 for operation through the home’s shared interface.
Dahua video analytics
Cameras with video analytics, supplied and configured as part of the villa’s security system.
Integrated video intercom
The 2N IP Verso door station shares Control4 touchscreens and the app with the other systems, without separate controls.
Multiroom listening
Six audio zones with Triad amplification and matrix, Revel speakers and music control through Control4.
Living room audio and video
The living room features an LG OLED TV, Arcam AVR10 amplifier and Origin Acoustic in-wall speakers for surround sound.
Data network and VPN
The Araknis and Aruba network connects the systems on dedicated segments. VPN access enables remote support and changes.

Scenes for
everyday living.
Programming connects KNX, security, video intercom and entertainment through dedicated drivers. From lighting to the living room, functions are available on Control4 touchscreens and the app.
One action coordinates several systemsMultiroom listening becomes part of the villa’s scenes: one button recalls music and automation together, without issuing each command separately.
