Near Rovigo.
A villa with KNX automation, multiroom music and surround sound in the living room. Control4 brings room and security controls together.
Our scope: KNX design, supply, programming and testing. We also integrated the Ksenia and Axis systems installed by another contractor.
IMPLEMENTED FUNCTIONS
Rooms and their functions.
Blinds and motor drives
Shading is adjusted from the home’s keypads and forms part of the KNX room controls.
Temperature and humidity
Temperature and HVAC control use the sensors in the keypads. Humidity control complements the summer climate settings.
Ksenia intruder alarm
We integrated the intruder alarm installed by another contractor into the central control interface.
Axis video surveillance
The Axis cameras, installed by another contractor, are also accessible through the Control4 interface.
2N video intercom
The IP Verso door station connects to the control system for video intercom operation from touchscreens and the app.
Audio in six zones
VSSL amplification and Laboratorio Audio speakers bring music to the different rooms, controlled through Control4.
Cinema in the living room
A Samsung TV, Yamaha amplifier and built-in Origin Acoustic speakers form the living room surround system.
Network and remote support
Managed switches and Wi-Fi from Araknis and Aruba connect the systems. VPN access enables monitoring, diagnostics and configuration updates.

One control interface,
even for systems from different contractors.
The Ksenia alarm and Axis cameras sit alongside KNX, video intercom and audio in the Control4 interface. Our programming connects the systems through dedicated drivers.
