The home’s technologies.
Blinds and shading
Blinds and external shading are coordinated with the weather station and operated through the home’s controls.
Temperature control and HVAC
Temperature, humidity, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation control. Room sensors regulate the climate and summer dehumidification.
Integrated security
Satel intruder alarm and Dahua thermal cameras with video analytics, linked to trigger intrusion alarms.
Video intercom
2N IP video intercom integrated into the Control4 interface alongside the home’s other systems.
Data network
A segmented network with managed switches and Wi-Fi coverage. VPN access for remote monitoring, diagnostics and support.

Control4 brings the home’s functions together on touchscreens and the app. Dedicated drivers connect automation, security and video intercom.
A practical exampleWhen an alarm occurs, Satel communicates with KNX to switch on the lights and restore normal operation once the event ends.
