Our largest residential project: KNX, networking and Control4 coordinating automation, security and entertainment.
Our scope covers specialist building systems: KNX design, supply, programming and testing, in collaboration with the installer.

Blinds and shading
Motorised shading is part of the KNX system and can be controlled through the villa’s interface.
Temperature control and HVAC
Climate control joins the other automated functions, with temperature control and HVAC available through Control4.
A network for every system
Ubiquiti infrastructure with L2/L3 switches, fibre aggregation, segmentation and Wi-Fi coverage serving the building systems.
Ksenia integration
The alarm system installed by another contractor is connected to Control4: our scope is its integration.
Axis cameras
Another contractor’s video surveillance system is brought into the control interface alongside the home’s other functions.
IP video intercom
2N IP Verso and IP Style door stations connect to Control4, bringing the video intercom into the home’s control interface.
Music with Sonos
The Sonos multiroom system, supplied by another contractor, is integrated into Control4 for music control.
Television control
LG and Samsung televisions can be controlled through the same interface as automation and multiroom audio.

Unified control

Control4 links KNX with video intercom, security, Sonos audio and televisions. Systems supplied by other contractors also join the same control interface, available on touchscreens and the app.
The network behind the systemsManaged switches, fibre aggregation and segmentation connect the devices. VPN access enables remote monitoring, diagnostics and changes.
